David T. Hindinger, III, Owner
Civil and Structural Engineer
Licensed as both a Civil and Structural engineer, Mr. Hindinger has 18 years’ experience in a broad array of municipal and private projects. His focus as the owner and principal engineer at Heritage Engineering, P.C. has been to develop a client base around positive working relationships with individuals, contractors, real estate professionals, and municipalities. An effective communicator and thoughtful project developer, Mr. Hindinger works with regulatory personnel in the Agency of Natural Resources to design projects that avoid or minimize impacts to sensitive areas in accordance with state and federal regulations and thereby contain client cost and environmental footprint. He coordinates with various agency divisions on a regular basis to solicit and integrate their input. He is thoroughly versed in wetland regulations, stream buffer guidelines, river management guidelines, the ACT 250 process, prime agricultural soil methodology, and other rules pertaining to engineering and the environment.
